I can't use your conferencing software

Book your meeting and then drop us an email to sales@webiny.com with a link to your own conferencing software and we'll join there.

I don't speak English

Unfortunately, we can only do our meetings in English at this point in time. As an alternative, we can communicate via email, this way you can translate the messages on your end.

Question 4

Are the meetings recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by default we record our meetings - in case you don't want the meeting to be recorded, just let us know and we'll pause the recording.

On the other hand, if we record the meeting we'll share the recording and the meeting notes with you after the call.

If you wish to "invite" your recording software to join the meeting, you are welcome to do so.

I want to sign an NDA before our call

We often deal with sensitive data and understand our clients want to have a form of protecting their information and as such, we are happy to sign an NDA before our call.

Please get in touch via email: sales@webiny.com before your call to arrange the NDA signing.

How can I invite other team members to the call?

Once you book your meeting you'll receive a calendar invite to your inbox. Just forward that invite to any of your other team members and they will be able to attend the call.

How can I share additional information ahead of our call?

When you book your call, on the next step you'll see a description form. You can paste there all the additional info. In case you wish to share a document, you can paste the link to the document, or alternatively you can send the document to sales@webiny.com and we'll make sure to go over it before our scheduled call.

Can I reschedule / cancel my call?

Yes, you can. In the calendar invite, you'll have the links to both cancel and to reschedule your call.

I don't see the booking form

In rare occasions, it can happen that someone doesn't see the booking form. If that happens, get in touch with us via email: sales@webiny.com and we'll manually book a slot for our call.

What will be discussed on the call?

We tend to tailor make the call based on personal requirements. On a high-level that usually includes first about your requirements, then we do a tailor-made product demo demonstrating how Webiny can help fulfil your requirement and we tend to do a Q/A session along the way.

The goal is that you get all the relevant information regarding how Webiny can help with your project.
