Valentyn submitted two new admirable PRs that fixed important issues related to the SSR caching.
tjrexer squashed a sneaky little bug he detected while using the Page Builder app. Creating links that point to external domains now work as expected!
Fsalker also helped us by implementing smarter handling of errors that might occur while the user is designing a page with the Page Builder editor.
Naion also reported a couple of really annoying bugs, which are now taken care of!
Last but not least, we also wanted to thank Piotr for his contributions to the Webiny community. The dedicated assistance he provided to other Webiny users simply blew our minds!

Moving on, let’s take a look at this month’s changelog!
We had a few cases in which users needed to bring the Page Builder to their existing React apps. Via the improved Page component, users can now do that. Check the newly added docs for more info.
When a new Webiny instance is deployed for the first time, there is still one more step that needs to be done in order to complete the whole process: users must enter the Admin UI, and finish a short installation wizard. But, previously, if visiting the public website before the Admin UI, users would be presented with a generic error message, leaving them confused. So, we’ve added an informative error message here, which also includes a direct link to the Admin UI.
error-handler plugin (#710)If a system error occurred on the backend (in a Lambda function) while the user is waiting for a page to load, users would get a simple generic HTML page as a response. But, with the newly added error-handler plugin, you can create your own, which is useful if you want to adapt the design to your website, or you want to completely hide the actual error that occurred (important for production sites).
We’ve noticed several cases in which our users struggled with the initial MongoDB database configuration. What’s even worse, the incorrect configuration error would surface only after the user actually deployed a new Webiny instance to the cloud.
Since there’s no point in executing a new deployment if the database configuration is incorrect, we’ve added a simple database connection establishment check, which happens every time the DB Proxy component is deployed. And if something is wrong, the users will get an error message and the deployment will be stopped.
We additionally tried to improve the DX with the #696 and #705, in which we’ve enriched the actual connection error message with a link to the documentation article that explains how to set everything up.
We’ve noticed a couple of cases in which the public-facing website pages would not refresh, even though a new app build was deployed via the CLI. This has been successfully resolved now.
Continuing with SSR HTML caching, if a user opened the just-deployed website by entering the URL he received via the CLI, he would get an “Installation Incomplete” error message, which would be still shown even if the user actually finished the installation.
A couple of issues were fixed in the menus module, which lets users create menus, usually displayed in pages created via Page Builder.
