You have the option to submit tickets through the built-in ticketing system and track responses by the Webiny support team.
Each time something "awkward" happens, Webiny automatically reports what happened and sends the report to the support and core development team. Don't worry, we are always here to fix any critical issues, ensuring your website and data are safe.
If your designer or development team work on Webiny themes or custom modules, they have complete documentation of how Webiny works.
