Webiny handles emails in two separated products - Webiny transactional emails and Webiny Newsletters. Transactional emails are sent once the user or website visitor makes an action - sends an inquiry via a contact form, makes an inquiry for booking, books accommodation, makes a payment etc.
These emails take into account all the data that is available and sends a personalized message to the user. Example: guest books a room in Hotel "A", with price of 234,00 Euros per night; Webiny will create and send a personalized email with all the booking details inside.
Email Templates in Different Languages for All of Your Websites
Since Webiny is a multidomain and multilingual platform, you have the ability to control each email template for each specific website and language. How does it work? Based on the language of the user's action, the system will send him a personalized message in his own language, of course, if you prepared the email template for that language. Otherwise, the user will get the default language email.
