Automate Payments and Invoices with Webiny
Webiny creates and tracks invoices and payments in the background of the system. All payments are processed via 3rd party systems (PayPal, MoneyBookers or any 3rd party payment gateway) and if the service has an API, Webiny automatically detects payments and marks invoices as paid.
If you accept wire transfer payments, you have the options to manage payments and invoices manually.
Add, manage and offer any type of accommodation
Webiny has two types or levels of accommodation:
- Accommodation type
- Lot type
The main difference is that accommodation type can hold one or more additional lots per type (example: hotel is an accommodation type which can hold different lot types - i.e. rooms, suites, apartments). Accommodation can also be booked as a whole (such as villa or country house).
For each accommodation and lot you can describe properties, booking rules, prices, discounts and supplements, associate pictures or videos. Webiny takes all the details and displays them on your website, inside your offers or your emails to clients.
Insert as many accommodation properties as you need
For each of your accommodation types you can describe specific properties. Regardless of the accommodation type, you can add specific properties and their associated types (numeric value, combo, text field etc.).

Manage Accommodation Properties with Ease
Once you've added accommodation properties, you can select them easily from menus when you add new accommodation.
Since you enter property translations in the first step, adding new accommodations is lightning fast - just select and proceed to the next step.
Manage Accommodation Pricing
With built-in business logic, setting up your accommodation pricing is really easy. Add standard beds, additional beds, pets, price periods, supplements and discounts and our built-in price calculator will create offers and invoices for your guests.

Offer extra services
Extra services are an additional part of accommodation pricing.
You can set them as an obligatory part of offer calculation and set up a calculation based on per person or per day.
Also, you are able to define age range for specific extra service (meaning you have additional discounts for children) and associate them per accommodation type.
Webiny handles extra services in price calculation automatically, relieving you of manual calculations and offer creation.
Run Special Offer Campaigns
Setup your Special Offer campaigns and assign specific discounts for either accommodation or lots. Assign start and end dates and afterwards select accommodation or lots from the accommodation menu.
Once you select an accommodation Webiny will automatically assign discounts to your offers and invoices. You can choose a banner and run a campaign on your website.
Once the campaign has finished, all offers and invoices will be generated with default prices.
Manage Relationships with Accommodation Owners or Other Agencies
Whether the accommodation's owner is a private person or you obtain it via a partner agency, managing your relationship with them is easy with Webiny.
View their accommodation, add their contact data, bank account numbers or specific comments.
